Gourisar is a small village of 3737 hectares in Chhatargarh Tehsil in Bikaner district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gourisar depends on BIKANER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Gourisar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Gourisar's pin code is 334021[4], and village code is 00569200. The area of Gourisar is segregated as 58.11 hectares irrigated area, 1289.79 hectares unirrigated, the 1886.48 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 502.91 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Gourisar is a census village in the district of Bikaner, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 822 and has total administration over 127 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bikaner to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
