Gothra Tagalan is a small village of 1513 hectares in Sikar Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gothra Tagalan depends on Sikar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 762.07% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Gothra Tagalan is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Gothra Tagalan's pin code is 332023[4], and village code is 01699300. They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sikar to sell furniture and make their living.
