Gosiyamau is a small village of 95 hectares in Haidergarh Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gosiyamau depends on Haidergarh (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Gosiyamau's pin code is 225124[4], and village code is 05858700. The area of Gosiyamau is segregated as 101.591 hectares irrigated area, 94.867 hectares unirrigated area.
