Gogor is a small village of 1137 hectares in Nawa Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gogor depends on Kuchaman City, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Gogor is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Gogor's pin code is 341533[4], and village code is 01898700. The area of Gogor is segregated as 556.58 hectares irrigated area, 201.42 hectares unirrigated, the 0.18 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 201.26 hectare area not available for cultivation.
