Godon Ka Bara is a small village of 520 hectares in Siwana Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Godon Ka Bara depends on BALOTRA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Godon Ka Bara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Godon Ka Bara's pin code is 344021[4], and village code is 02167600. The area of Godon Ka Bara is segregated as 88 hectares irrigated area, 348 hectares unirrigated, the 46 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 38 hectare area not available for cultivation.
