Godhani is a small village of 916 hectares in Banda Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Godhani depends on Tindwari (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tank, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river,One canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Godhani's pin code is 210128[4], and village code is 04793500. The area of Godhani is segregated as 914.633 hectares irrigated area.

Godhani has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
