The Global Bear Club NFT is a collection of 8,888 3D bears that take shelter on the Ethereum Blockchain network. The project aims to fight issues of Global warming and wildlife preservation through proceeds from its sale. The NFT provides exclusive benefits through lanyard and giveaways for its holders along with 1 of 1 Clothing and Accessories.[1]
Background
The Global Bear Club NFT is spearheaded and brought to the digital world by Ronnie Banks, Andrew Viramontes, Dominic Dominguez, and Brandon Birk—the founders—and Eduardo de Jesús, the artist.[2]
Environmental predictions point to Earth losing 1.2 trillion tons of ice per year, which may lead to having no ice in the Arctic by 2040. The motivation behind the creation of Global Bear Club NFT came from the real-life situation of over 7,000,000 acres of landmass that was lost to wildfires in 2021. The team behind the project wants to ensure that the growing concerns around the planet’s long-term warming trend die down by contributing to global warming reduction practices.
The collection includes a lanyard that offers the unique 1% trait that holders need to access the perks and benefits. The mint price is set at 0.14 ETH.
Types and Attributes
The Global Bear Club NFT carries similar features—lanyard, fur, jewelry—but no two bears are the same. The lanyard sets each bear apart, giving them a 1% trait that grants holders access to VIP exclusive perks. The variety of fur ranges from the basic colors of the color wheel to different combinations like merle, mechanical, and camouflage, to name a few. The bears also have realistic, high-quality realistic jewelry with varying rarity in the collection. Additionally, the bears have one-of-one clothes and accessories.
Roadmap of Global Bears Club

The team has declared the Discord channel open to the public for prospective holders who would like to be a part of the community. Global Bear Club NFT also has a roadmap with different milestones to reward holders and contribute to the world. The project has announced a 12 ETH giveaway, which is about $33,000, for its holders, while the community of holders will vote on a non-profit that Global Bear Club will donate parts of the proceeds from its sale to.
