Gligorije Nedić (Osečina, Kolubara District, Serbia, 1769 - Čokešina, Loznica|Municipality of Loznica, Serbia, 1804) was the oldest of all revolutionary fighters among the 300 who perished at the hands of a numerically superior Turkish army at the Battle of Čokešina on Lazarus Saturday in Karađorđe's Serbia in 1804.[1]He was 35 years old and his brother Damnjan was 31 when they were both fell in battle as heroes along with two other leaders Panta Damnjanović and Damnjan Kotešanin.[2]

A street in Belgrade is named after him and his brother Damnjan Nedić.[3]
