Gianna Perez (born February 4, 2000), known professionally as Gigi Perez, or simply gigi[1][2], is an American singer-songwriter.[3] She has received praise for her confessional songwriting.[4][5][6][7]

History

Perez was born in New Jersey and raised in Florida.[3] In 2018, while in high school, she began releasing music with band Wendy Lane.[2] After attending Berklee College of Music,[8] she attracted attention with the 2021 release of her debut solo single “Sometimes (Backwood)".[9] Her debut EP How To Catch a Falling Knife was released in 2023, via Mogul Vision and Interscope Records.[9][10]
