Giga Mall

Giga Mall Islamabad is the largest shopping mall of the twin cities.[1] The mall was launched on 22nd March 2016. Its total covered area is 4 acres, and it is wholly owned by Giga Group.[2] On July 30 Alghurair Giga announced Giga Mall Extension project on their Facebook page.[3]

Shopping

Giga Mall houses more than 200 local and international brands. There is also a Carrefour hypermarket located on the Lower Ground floor.[4]

Eating

The food court can be accessed on the second floor.[5]

{{Section|Entertainment}] The 6 screen Cinepax on the second floor shows 2D and 3D movies. Fun City is a kid's attraction in Giga Mall. It hosts fun rides, games, and other attractions for children.[6]

Events

Giga Mall holds Grand New Year fireworks of the twin cities every new year’s eve. It also hosts frequent events for pet lovers, health workshops, and national day celebrations.[7]

Giga Mall Extension

Giga mall extension is a planned 30 storey skyscraper that will be connected to Giga mall on multiple levels. It will be a mixed-use multi-story development.[8]
