Ghughter is a small village of 375.9 hectares in Fatehpur Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ghughter depends on Tikait Nagar (N, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Ghughter's pin code is 225302[4], and village code is 05689500. The area of Ghughter is segregated as 22.663 hectares irrigated area, 16.14 hectares unirrigated area. and remaining 38.803 hectare area not available for cultivation.
