Ghoras is a small village of 1083 hectares in Mandal Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ghoras depends on Gangapur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Ghoras is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Ghoras's pin code is 311402[4], and village code is 02849000. The area of Ghoras is segregated as 134 hectares irrigated area, 238 hectares unirrigated, the 464 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 199 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Ghoras is a census village in the district of Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2034 and has total administration over 423 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Gangapur and Bhilwara to sell ghee and make their living.
