Ghora-Khera is a small village of 554 hectares in Dungla Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ghora-Khera depends on Nimbahera, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 19.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Ghora-Khera is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Ghora-Khera's pin code is 312027[4], and village code is 03638400. The area of Ghora-Khera is segregated as 163.61 hectares irrigated area, 268.05 hectares unirrigated, the 18.61 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 103.73 hectare area not available for cultivation.
