Ghatiyawali is a small village of 2004 hectares in Chittaurgarh Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ghatiyawali depends on Chittaurgarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Ghatiyawali is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Ghatiyawali's pin code is 312612[4], and village code is 03613000. The area of Ghatiyawali is segregated as 366.7 hectares irrigated area, 578.9 hectares unirrigated, the 315.22 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 254.88 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Chittaurgarh and Chittorgarh to sell ghee and make their living.
