Ghansuri is a small village of 462 hectares in Shahbad Tehsil in Baran district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ghansuri depends on Baran, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Ghansuri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Ghansuri's pin code is 325216[4], and village code is 03928500. The area of Ghansuri is segregated as 46.11 hectares irrigated area, 147 hectares unirrigated, the 6.05 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 2.04 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Ghansuri is a census village in the district of Baran, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 215 and has total administration over 37 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
