Ghaghsi is a small village of 0 hectares in Fatehpur Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ghaghsi depends on belhara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. The area of Ghaghsi is segregated as 58 hectares irrigated area, 64 hectares unirrigated area. the 22 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 6 hectare area not available for cultivation.
