Georgia Paizi is an Athens-based performing arts professional who works as an intimacy coordinator, choreographer, and movement educator..[1][2] Paizi is the first trained intimacy coordinator in Greece.[3] She studied with the U.S.-based Intimacy Directors & Coordinators, completing their training, certification and mentoring courses accredited by SAG-AFTRA (2022–2025).[4]

Background and education

She holds a master's degree in dance from Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London, where she also trained as an Alexander Technique and Skinner Releasing teacher.[14][15][16] Her academic background includes a bachelor's degree in Theater Studies and a master's degree in Design, Space & Cultural Studies.[17] Her research connects somatic education, trauma-informed practices, and intersectional feminism, with emphasis on consent and inclusive touch in the performing arts.[18] She is a member of professional organizations Alexander Technique International[19], Skinner Releasing Network[20], and the Greek department of Women in Film & Television.[21]
