Gendoli Kalan is a small village of 1617 hectares in Keshoraipatan Tehsil in Bundi district, also known as a city of stepwells in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gendoli Kalan depends on LAKHERI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 71.08% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Gendoli Kalan is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Gendoli Kalan's pin code is 323803[3], and village code is 02744600.
