Gendapura is a small village of 76 hectares in Indragarh Tehsil in Bundi district, also known as a city of stepwells in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gendapura depends on INDRAGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 20.20% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Gendapura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Gendapura's pin code is 323614[3], and village code is 02733800. The area of Gendapura is segregated as 48.4 hectares irrigated area, 23.28 hectares unirrigated, the 2.15 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 2.15 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Gendapura is a census village in the district of Bundi, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 289 and has total administration over 47 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
