Gemma Louise Sharples (born 8 January 1982) is an English business coach and athlete. In 2023, she broke a Guinness world record for the longest single event triathlon.[1]

In 2022, Sharples completed a 100-mile run to raise funds for Zoë's Place Baby Hospice.[2] In 2023, she broke the single event triathlon record - held by her partner Steven Green.[1] In December 2023, she launched a sportswear brand, Discipline.[3]

Sharples, Green, their daughter Sadie, and Green's two-year-old granddaughter Arianna, appeared on Channel 5 show Rich House Poor House in 2019.[4][5]
