Gelasar is a small village of 1427 hectares in Makrana Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gelasar depends on Didwana, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 273.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Gelasar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Gelasar's pin code is 341517[4], and village code is 01877700. The area of Gelasar is segregated as 273 hectares irrigated area, 1002 hectares unirrigated, the 43 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 108.95 hectare area not available for cultivation.
