Gangyasar is a small village of 595 hectares in Fatehpur Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gangyasar depends on fatehpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 24.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Gangyasar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Gangyasar's pin code is 332301[4], and village code is 01665000. The area of Gangyasar is segregated as 24 hectares irrigated area, 534 hectares unirrigated, the 19 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 18 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Gangyasar is a census village in the district of Sikar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1820 and has total administration over 371 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of fatehpur and Sikar to sell ghee and make their living.
