Gangli is a small village of 1630 hectares in Gudha Malani Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gangli depends on BALOTRA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Gangli is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Gangli's pin code is 344033[4], and village code is 02184200. The area of Gangli is segregated as 343.36 hectares unirrigated, the 121 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 76.7 hectare area not available for cultivation.
