Ganeshpura is a small village of 186 hectares in Khetri Tehsil in Jhunjhunu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ganeshpura depends on KHETRI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Ganeshpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Ganeshpura's pin code is 332746[4], and village code is 00730800. The area of Ganeshpura is segregated as 16 hectares irrigated area, 147 hectares unirrigated, remaining 23 hectare area not available for cultivation.
