Game Seer Venture Partners is a privately owned German venture capital firm headquartered in Aschaffenburg.[1][2] It focuses on financing early-stage gaming companies and developers.[1][3] The company provides funds in the range of €100,000 to €1.5 million.[2][3] It uses a self-developed analysis and evaluation tool for selection purposes and provides digital distribution support. History

Game Seer Venture Partners launched its first fund in July 2019.[1][3] The fund, worth €10 million focuses on funding promising PC and console game projects.[1][3] It is run by Bertrand Vernizeau who is a veteran of the digital gaming industry.[1][2]

Portfolio projects

Game Seer Venture Partners made its first investment in The Waylanders, a fantasy role-playing game developed a Spanish studio named Gato Salvaje.[1] [3] In March 2020, it led a $3.4 million funding round for the Spanish game company Lince Works, which has also developed the popular 3D stealth-action game Aragami.[4][5]

In April 2020, Game Seer Venture Partners invested in Breaking Walls, a Montreal-based game company.[6][7] The $1.75 million funding is meant for the development of an animal-survival game titled Away: The Survival Series.[6][7]
