Galerie kreo, founded in 1999 by Clémence and Didier Krzentowski, is a French gallery housed in a 17th-century mansion in Paris at No. 31 rue Dauphine.

Galerie kreo publishes and exhibits original creations by renowned contemporary designers. It also presents a selection of vintage lighting fixtures from the 1950s to the 1980s.[1],[2],[3]

Galerie kreo publishes and exhibits original creations by contemporary designers.[4],[5] Clémence and Didier Krzentowski present exclusive pieces by Virgil Abloh, François Bauchet, Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, Pierre Charpin, Konstantin Grcic, Jaime Hayon, Hella Jongerius, Alessandro Mendini, Jasper Morrison, Marc Newson, Studio Wieki Somers, Martin Szekely and Marteen Van Severen.[6],[7] Pieces are created in limited editions for the gallery.

In addition to their production side, the gallery offers a selection of exceptional lighting fixtures ranging from the 1950s to the 1980s, including pieces by Gino Sarfatti, Vittoriano Vigano, Stilnovo, Arredoluce, O-Luce, as well as Pierre Paulin, Robert Mathieu, Jacques Biny, Pierre Guariche and Jean-Boris Lacroix.[8],[9]

The Gallery's Creators

Didier Krzentowski is an expert in design and contemporary art from the 1950s to now, a member of the Union française des experts (UFE) and assessor for the commission de conciliation et d'expertise douanière.[10],[11]

In 2015, Clémence and Didier Krzentowski were named Officers of the French Academy of Arts and Letters.[12]
