Galar is a small village of 2484 hectares in Rajgarh Tehsil in Churu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Galar depends on RAJGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Galar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Galar's pin code is 331701[4], and village code is 00583600. The area of Galar is segregated as 2355.42 hectares unirrigated, the 70 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 59 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Galar is a census village in the district of Churu, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2983 and has total administration over 626 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of RAJGARH and Churu to sell brick and make their living.
