Gadoowas is a small village of 617 hectares in Mandawar Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gadoowas depends on KHAIRTHAL, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, which is 64.12% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Gadoowas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Gadoowas's pin code is 301401[4], and village code is 00772200. The area of Gadoowas is segregated as 374.39 hectares irrigated area, 115 hectares unirrigated, the 6 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 122 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of KHAIRTHAL and Alwar to sell leather shoes and make their living.
