Gabe Johansen is an American entrepreneur and real estate agent.[1][2][3][4]

Career

Gabe Johansen is the president and CEO at SMI Real Estate and Property Management and cofounder of LivBar.[5] He is also the co-owner of a real estate company, One Ten Holdings.[6][7]

Johansen founded SMI Property Management in 1982 and serves as principal broker.[8] The company has headquarters located at West Coast, US and was previously named as Shelter Management, Inc. SMI Property Management is a real estate company that specializes in both residential and commercial real estate.[9]

SMI Real Estate is an affiliate enterprise of SMI Property Management and was founded by Gabe Johansen in 2004. The company is a brokerage and property management company that manages around 4,000 properties.[10][11]

In 2012, Johansen cofounded LivBar, a company which manufactures and supplies energy bars.[5][12]
