Fred Fabian Ngajiro (Born 16 June 1987) also known as Fred Vunjabei is a Tanzanian Entrepreneur and businessman.[2]. He is the founder and CEO of Vunjabei (T) Group Limited and president of Too Much Money Limited. He is among the youngest successful entrepreneurs in Tanzania[3]. As of November 2020, Fred has an estimate net worth of Tanzanian Shilling 4.64 Billion according to The Citizen Magazine[4]
Early life & Education
Born 16th June 1987 in Iringa Tanzania and spend his early life in Iringa and later on took his bachelor's degree of commerce and finance from 2007 to 2010 at University of Dar es Salaam|University of Dar Es Salaam then pursue Masters of Business Administration at Mzumbe University in 2014.[2]
Business
Upon graduation from university in 2014, Ngajiro returned home and started planning for a small business. He started his first business of collecting used mobile phones from South Africa and sell them at a cheaper price in Tanzania and Zanzibar. Within a year he was able to generate enough capital to start another business venture which was a car dealership business , but this was not a breakthrough for him. In 2015 he moved to China seeking for new business opportunities where he found new business venture in the fashion industry. He went back to Tanzania in 2016 and started investing in the Fashion clothing store business. In 2016 Vunjabei (T) Group Limited also known as Vunjabei Fashion Store was founded with one store in Kariakoo, Dar Es Salaam and later on he managed to have more than nine fashion Clothing stores across each region in Tanzania.[4]
He was named among the youngest entrepreneur in Tanzania who inspires the Tanzanian youth but also the youngest businessman who contribute to the Tanzania economy.[3] Worked with Tanzania musicians such as Zuchu, Young Lunya, Lulu Diva, Lady Jaydee, Hamisa Mobetto[5], Baba levo and others through his other business venture ``Too Much Money``[6] . Among artist that were signed under his record label /management company Too Much Money Limited were Whozu, Young Lunya and Billnas[7][8]
