Flourish Melody Oghenerunor, professionally known as Flourish Blakq, is a Nigerian rapper and songwriter. Born and raised in Ughelli, Delta State. He's best known as one of hip-hop group DaGrams, being the brother of Excellent Grams.
Career
Flourish Blakq started his career at young age, making freestyles, and posting them on TikTok and other social media platforms. He joined his brother (Excellent Grams) to sing together as a group. DaGrams was formed in 2023 by Flourish Blakq and fellow rapper Excellent Grams. Flourish Blakq and Excellent Grams are biologically brothers and were raised by their mother. Flourish Blakq is younger than Excellent Grams. The group was originally known as Grams&Waw and is from Ughelli, Delta State. They changed their name to "DaGrams" after deciding Grams&Waw was too confusing for people and they started asking who's the Grams and who's the Waw. The group released their first Ep single, a rap song titled Said It, with their group name '' Grams&Waw '' on November 19 2022. They followed with the Ep About, with their group name '' DaGrams '' on July 3 2023.
