Firozabad is a small village of 71 hectares in Azamgarh Tehsil in Azamgarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Firozabad depends on Mubarakpur (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Firozabad's pin code is 276404[4], and village code is 08682900. The area of Firozabad is segregated as 40 hectares irrigated area, 11 hectares unirrigated area. the 9 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 11 hectare area not available for cultivation.
