Firoz Ladak is a philanthropy and sustainable investment executive. He has served as CEO of the Edmond de Rothschild Foundations since 2005.

Biography

Background and education

Ladak spent his school years in Switzerland, Belgium and Zaire (now the Democratic Republic of the Congo) before his family settled in Canada. He completed secondary education at the Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf in Montréal. Ladak holds a B.A. from McGill University and an M.Phil. from the University of Oxford.

Career in finance

Ladak worked in corporate banking at Paribas[1] and later joined Société Générale Investment Banking.

Edmond de Rothschild Foundations

Ladak began advisory work with the Edmond de Rothschild family in Geneva in 2004. Two years later, he was named CEO of the Edmond de Rothschild Foundations[2] [3] [4]
