Fidelman & Company is an American management consulting company that specializes in strategy and operations, specifically business advisory and management & financial consulting[1]. The firm is headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut|Greenwich, CT[2], and supports businesses 100% remotely. The firm generally consults tech or tech-enabled businesses that are early- to mid-stage.

Company History

The firm was originally founded AI Capital Advisors (AICA) in October 2015 as the sole proprietorship of Jeffrey Fidelman with the then novel idea of providing effective consulting services while fully remote[3]. Having an eclectic background spanning Real Estate, Banking, and Venture Capital, he focused the firm's services on fundraising and business development strategy[4]. Over the next 4 years, AICA would grow to 20 consultants expanding service offerings to include management consulting, go to market strategy, and growth strategy[5]. In early 2020, pre-COVID, AICA was rebranded to Fidelman & Company[6] to better align itself with the consulting industry and capitalize on the prior history with its hundreds of clientele. As COVID restrictions and lockdowns took effect, Fidelman & Company was in a prime position to expand -- offering top tier deliverables while remaining fully remote. The company grew it's team to over 40 consultants, with exposure to 17 industries, and has helped 100's of early- and mid-stage companies expand their bandwidth. From its genesis to date, Fidelman & Co. has helped their clients raise over $1 billion in financing.
