Ferhat Kacmaz is a German entrepreneur, investor, and bestselling author based in Dubai. He is the CEO of MiningFarmDubai, a cryptocurrency mining and hosting company.[1] Kacmaz is recognized for building multiple successful businesses across industries including gastronomy, entertainment, fitness, and digital assets.[2]
He is the author of Designing Wealth: A Visionary's Guide to Mindset and Freedom (available on Amazon)[3] and the forthcoming German-language book Vermögen ist kein Zufall, which explores the psychology of wealth creation. Kacmaz has been featured in Forbes, GQ, Daily Mail, LA Weekly, Gulf Today, The National News, and Sachwert Magazin, and was named Top Expert 2025/2026 by ERFOLG Magazin and listed among CIO Views' Top 10 Tech Innovators 2026.[4][5]
Early life and education
Kacmaz was born in Bielefeld, Germany, to a family with Turkish roots.[6] From an early age, he showed entrepreneurial ambition during his school years, he bought and sold technology goods from the United States that were not yet available in Germany.[7][8][9]
Career
Gastronomy and Entertainment (1999–2012)
Kacmaz launched his entrepreneurial career in 1999 with the acquisition of Pizza Flitzer, a delivery restaurant in Bielefeld that pioneered a multi-concept delivery model — combining four restaurant concepts under one roof and becoming one of the first to deliver food using real hot ovens.[10]
Following this, he founded Desire Events, an event company that produced some of the most well-known urban music events in North Rhine-Westphalia, including the only regular Sunday event series in Germany. His success in entertainment led to the opening of The Gallery Club, a premium nightclub in Bielefeld known for its forward-looking design and the popular "Freaky Friday" event series.[11]
Fitness Industry (2011–2020)
In 2011, Kacmaz founded Fit in Time in Bielefeld. Recognizing the absence of EMS training in the Middle East, he relocated to Dubai in 2013 and established the first EMS franchise in the Middle East. Through a partnership with Fitness First, he grew the operation into the largest EMS chain in the Middle East with 22 branches.[12]
In 2019, he founded Array Management Consulting, focused on business growth, infrastructure expansion, and investment strategy.
In 2020, he launched Isculpt Fitness Club in Dubai, offering advanced EMS personal training.
FitBurn (2022)
In 2022, Kacmaz founded FitBurn, an innovative venture at the intersection of fitness, blockchain, and Web3 technology. FitBurn introduced a "Burn to Earn" concept where users could earn cryptocurrency (CalorieCoin) through consistent workout routines. The project raised $1.4 million in its pre-seed round and $6.4 million in total funding. FitBurn partnered with Mr. Olympia, Polar, and FIBO.
MiningFarmDubai (2024–present)
Kacmaz is the CEO of MiningFarmDubai, a cryptocurrency mining and hosting company that provides German-speaking customers with physical Bitcoin and Kaspa miner ownership, hosted and operated in Dubai on an all-inclusive basis. The company handles hardware procurement, installation, hosting, and daily mining operations, allowing customers to receive daily cryptocurrency payouts.[13]
MiningFarmDubai serves a growing customer base across the DACH region.

A German-language book that explores the psychological dimensions of wealth creation, examining money psychology, limiting patterns, financial self-sabotage, systems thinking, and the investor mindset. The title translates to "Wealth Is Not a Coincidence."
