Felicia Kawilarang is an Indonesian marketing executive and entrepreneur. She served as Chief Marketing Officer of the health-tech startup Halodoc and is currently CMO of ISMAYA Lifestyle.
Career
Halodoc (2016–2023)
Felicia joined Halodoc in 2016 as Vice President of Marketing. Under her leadership, the company launched campaigns to combat health misinformation, such as #TanyaDokterAsli in 2019, promoting verified telemedicine consultations.[1]
In 2022, she was appointed Chief Marketing Officer.[2] She spearheaded digital public education campaigns, including partnerships with TikTok for #InfoKesehatan to educate about family and women's health.[3]
ISMAYA Lifestyle (2024–present)
In 2024, Felicia was appointed Chief Marketing Officer of ISMAYA Lifestyle, overseeing marketing strategy for hospitality and dining brands such as SKYE, Osteria Gia, and Manarai.[4]
Education
Felicia holds a degree in Finance from Boston University.[5]
