Farshpura is a small village of 261 hectares in Pirawa Tehsil in Jhalawar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Farshpura depends on Pirawa, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 22.76% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Farshpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Farshpura's pin code is 326034[4], and village code is 04108400. The area of Farshpura is segregated as 98.76 hectares irrigated area, 45.88 hectares unirrigated, the 90.5 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 26.24 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Farshpura is a census village in the district of Jhalawar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 395 and has total administration over 69 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Pirawa and Jhalawar to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
