Farmaan Hasan Khan (born 8 August 1995), also known as Farman Miyan, is an Indian lawyer, social activist, and religious leader associated with the Sunni Barelvi movement. He serves as the National General Secretary of Jama'at Raza-e-Mustafa, an Islamic organization promoting the teachings of Imam Ahmed Raza Khan Barelvi.[1] He is also the founder of the Aala Hazrat Tajushshariah Welfare Society,[2] a non-governmental organization engaged in public health,[3] education, and social welfare.[4]

In 2023, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, honored him with the Bharat Gaurav Shree Samman for his contributions to social work and community service.[5][6][7]
