Farm Plus Financial was created in 2006 and has grown to become Farmer Mac's largest relationship and service correspondent through Zions First National Bank in just 16 years. Since its establishment, the company has serviced over $400 million in loans with over 600 customers nationwide.[3] Real estate-based loans by Farm Plus Financial can be utilized to achieve a range of financial objectives, including debt reduction, refinancing current loans, expanding your business, or purchasing a new property. Farm Plus Financial's loans have maturities ranging from one month to 30 years fixed, with amortizations of 15, 25, and 30 years. The lender's lowest credit amount is $400,000, with a maximum loan amount of $25 million, providing farmers of all sizes plenty of room to expand.[4]
