Mohamad Fahmi Bin Faizal (born 25 May 1995) is a Malaysian Association footballer who plays as a midfielder for Malaysia Super League side Negeri Sembilan FC.
Club Career
Johor DT II
Fahmi Faizal has been with the Johor Darul Ta'zim II F.C. team from 2017-2020. Has been with the team for 4 years and started his professional football career since 2017 after being promoted from the president cup squad.[1]
Negeri Sembilan FC
In 2021 Fahmi Faizal joined the team Negeri Sembilan FC on a free transfer.[2][3] Has been with the team for two years and has become a squad player throughout 2022 Negeri Sembilan FC season.[4][5]
On 21 September 2021, Negeri Sembilan FC met PDRM FC for the last match of the 2021 Malaysia Premier League. During the 75 minutes of the match Negeri Sembilan FC managed to get 3 goals and Fahmi came from the bench. As soon as he entered the field, he scored the fourth goal for the Negeri Sembilan FC team through a header.[6] The result remained 4-2 until the final whistle. Negeri Sembilan FC crowned as champion of 2021 Malaysia Premier League in 2021 Malaysia Premier League[7] after the match.
He has helped the team secure fourth place in the Malaysia Super League in 2022.[8] The newly promoted team from the 2021 Malaysia Premier League has been at the top of several big clubs such as Selangor F.C.|Selangor FC (2022 Malaysia Super League) and Kuala Lumpur City F.C. (2022 Malaysia Super League). He has made 16 appearances and scored 1 goal during his time with Negeri Sembilan FC.
