Fabien Hagenimana is a Rwandan Catholic priest and artist. The current representative of Les Foyer de Charité Ruhondo , a catholic community which is located in the Northern Province of Rwanda since 2022[1][2]. Prior to appointment, before 2014 he was serving as gthe Vice Rector of academics and research at INES Ruhengeri, afterward he became the Vice Chancellor of the same institution until 2022[3][4][5]. Fabien is the master mind behind popular Kinyarwanda catholic songs such as Niwowe Rutare, Muze mwese dushimire Imana, Nimwishime munezerwe and Ijambo rikwiye kwizerwa to mention few[6][7][8].
