Fabiano Ramos Dos Santos (born February 22, 1982) is an artist relations director based in Nashville, Tennessee, United States. Currently working as the Director of Artist Relations and VIP Services at TC Restaurant Group in Nashville, majority of his clients are domestic and international A-list celebrities, Hollywood stars, professional athletes, pop, rock, brazilian sertanejo and American Country music artists.[1]

Early life and education

Santos was born on February 22, 1982, in Anapolis, Brazil, the son of Emival Ramos Dos Santos and Vania Santana Santos.

At a very young age, he started working at his family companies, EMIVAL CALÇADOS and HOLIDAY MODAS in Anápolis, Goiás.

Santos’s family has a strong European background with relatives in Spain, Italy, Brazil, Portugal and the United Kingdom.

During his last year of high school, Santos decided he wanted to further his education in the United States and began attending an American owned and operated language school in Anápolis, “Practical English Course” before moving to Nashville a few years later.

He was accepted at an ESL program in the early 2000’s at the “International English Institute” (IEI) in Nashville, TN and a few years later moved to Massachusetts then Texas to attend University.

His father was a well known cobbler and politician in Brazil and passed away for unknown reasons in 2010.

His paternal grandfather, Bento Santana Ferreira was a construction engineer who helped in the building of Brazil's capital - Brasilia, DF.

His maternal grandmother, Mercidia Rodriguez Ferreira, worked her entire adult life in education for the state of Goiás. They are both deceased.

His mother was a professional accountant for their family shoe factory and later became an educator in the private and public sectors in Brazil until she moved to Nashville in 2013.

After his fathers death, Santos traveled across 15 countries and four continents trying to decide what to pursue in life. His traveling experiences around the world influenced his interest in music, artists and the hospitality industry.

Career

After completing his studies in Texas, he took a sales and marketing position with a Nashville based company “Print Media Promoters” and was sent to several states to launch marketing and sales campaigns.[2] During Santos' time with this company he worked in New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky and Florida.[3]

Santos resigned from this company in 2006 and also held the same position with “Medical Data Services” in Nashville, TN and GMR MARKETING, a global marketing company with offices in the US and London, where he worked on major marketing campaigns that included Philip Morris and other brands.

From 2006 to 2015 he began a seasonal work as an Artist Liaison during CMA festival and awards which led him to become well known in the music industry circle.

Santos started his hospitality career as a part-time bartender on the most famous strip of downtown Nashville known as “Broadway”.[4]

During his mixology career, Santos participated and won several competitions with big names in the industry such as Angels Envy, Skyy, Papa Pillar, Patron, Exotico, Bombay Sapphire.

In 2011 he won the People’s choice prize in the worldwide competition GQ MAGAZINE / BOMBAY SAPPHIRE, MOST IMAGINATIVE BARTENDER’S SEARCH.[5]

He’s been invited to make appearances on several TV Shows including Pickler & Ben, a syndicated show that was hosted by country star Kellie Pickler.[6] At the same year, along with some of Nashville’s best chefs and culinary gurus, collaborated in one episode of “Bizarre Food” with Andrew Zimmerman on Discovery Network as a guest mixologist. Santos also did a commercial for Kroger which aired during the Kentucky Derby race.

In 2017, Santos was offered a position as an Artist Relations manager at Florida Georgia Line House, where he conceived the idea of starting VIP services and captivating people coming to Nashville with a unique experience that is similar and, at the same time, different from what Vegas is famous for.

He is currently working as the Director of Artist Relations and VIP services with TC Restaurant Group at FGL house, Luke’s 32 Bridge, Jason Aldean’s kitchen and Rooftop Bar and most recently with the only female themed bar on broadway; Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa.

Some of his clients are internationally-known Hollywood stars, athletes and artists. Working for such a high-level clientele, Santos is well-equipped with the knowledge and background necessary to provide unique experiences unmatched by anyone else in the industry, making him the most sought after host by A-listers. His years in the industry have catapulted him to the top, helping him be recognized as one of the best in the country.
