Ezer Osei Yeboah-Boateng is a Ghanaian Telecommunication engineer and ICT expert, who happens to be affiliated with The National Communications Authority of Ghana as its deputy director general of technical operations.[1][2]
Working Life
Over the course of his career, Boateng has been under the service of various organizations. Some of which include Ghana Telecom ( now known as Vodafone Ghana), Granger Telecom in the UK, ExpoTech USA Inc, Celltel Ghana (a Hutchinson Telecom Co.), BusyInternet and a plethora of others[2][3]. With over 25 years of domestic and global experience under his belt, conceptualizing ideas, seizing opportunities, building operations along with leading successful new business development initiatives and ventures. He has served as a Team Leader, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Lead Researcher on projects which span across both Local and International institutions.[4]
Deputy Director General of Technical Operation of the NCA
On December 2021, Mr Boateng was appointed Deputy Director General of technical operations by the National Communications Authority.[4] His role is to aid the director general to provide strategic leadership and direction for effective regulation of the communication sector in line with established corporate governance process.[4]
