Evan O'Connell (born November 4th 2002, Age 20) is an Irish Scouter and Volunteer. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of Scouting Ireland. He is a former candidate for Youth Advisor to the World Scout Committee of the World Organization of the Scout Movement; and he previously served as National Team Lead or Programme Commissioner for Cub Scouts (Scouting Ireland).
Evan has been a member of Scouting Ireland since September of 2011 and has been a member of the Cork 49th, Ballincollig Scout Group since then.
Early life
Evan was born on the 4th of November, 2002 in St. Finbarr's Hospital; and having spent the first two years of his life, his family relocated to Ballincollig where he has remained a resident ever since.

Evan has served in a multitude of roles within Scouting Ireland.
