Ernesto Falcon is a candidate for California's 7th Senate District, which includes Alameda, Albany, Berkeley, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Emeryville, Hercules, Oakland, Piedmont, Pinole, Richmond, Rodeo, San Pablo, and Tara Hills.[1]

Ernesto advocates new housing construction, expanding public safety funding, and responding to COVID learning loss in students.

Previously, Ernesto was Senior Legislative Counsel at the Electronic Frontier Foundation.[2] He is also a board member at California Parent Power, a wrote the letter for in person instruction to be the “default” position for West Contra Costa Unified schools in 2021.[3]
