Eric Holmes (born November 15, 1967) is an American healthcare professional, author, public speaker, and life coach.[1] He is best known for his work as a Co-Patient Services Coordinator at Johns Hopkins Medicine and his inspirational contributions through public speaking and coaching. Holmes has received multiple awards for his service in healthcare and as an author and community leader.[2]

Early Life and Education

Holmes was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and was raised in a family of eight. He graduated from Harrisburg High School and went on to study at Harrisburg Area Community College, North Carolina College of Theology, Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, Global Speakers University, and Lighthouse University.

He holds a Doctorate in Christian Education with a focus on Executive Business Management, along with certifications in Mental and Behavioral Health and Life Coaching.

Career

Holmes has worked in the healthcare industry for over 28 years, primarily with Johns Hopkins Medicine, where he serves as a Co-Patient Services Coordinator. His dedication to excellence in customer service has earned him accolades such as Employee of the Year, the Edward Halle Award, the Martin Luther King Award, and Radiology Customer Service Awards.[3]

He is also recognized as a Life Coach of the Month by the Life Coach School of Arkansas, and was named Alumnus of the Year by the North Carolina College of Theology.[4]
