Enzo Enzo
Körin Ternovtzeff, known as Enzo Enzo is a French singer-songwriter in Paris who was born on August 29, 1959.[1]
History
Enzo Enzo has a Russians father and a French mother[2]. In 1978, while occasionally working as an itinerant machinist for the band Téléphone, she met guitarist Olivier Caudron.
1980s - 1990s
Enzo started as a pop performer in 1980 in the group Lili Drop.[3] In 1982, when Enzo had the name Korïn Noviz, she recorded her first Single (music) I want to play everything. In 1984, she released Snow White, which was her second 45 RPM. In 1988, she released Pacifico, her third one. In 1990, she released her first album. In 1993, she wrote the lyrics of Les Marmottes. In April 1995, she got a role in Up, Down, Fragile, which was directed by Jacques Rivette, as a singer and performed some tracks from the album Deux. In February 1997, she released her third album called Oui. In 1998, she recorded the theme song for La Clé des champs composed by Jean-Claude Vannier.
2000s
In 2001, she released her fourth album called Le jour d'à côté which was directed by Jacques Bastello and had more pop arrangements than the previous albums, 5 tracks which were written by Allain Leprest, and 2 which were composed by Romain Didier. After she released her fourth album, she took a tour in Thailand, Cambodia, Burma, Singapore, Indonesia, and France. In 2004, she released her fifth album called Paroli. In 2006, she performed at the Festival of Sacred World Music in Fez, Morocco, accompanied by a children's choir & string orchestra. In December 2007, she released her sixth album called Chansons d'une maman, which consists of a series of cover songs published between 1931 & 1958[4] and is legitimized for kids who have mothers and fathers and who love their parents' songs. In 2008, as a storyteller, she released a special album with Brigitte Lecordier, who had the role of the child, Mouki. Enzo asked Romain Didier, her friend, to compose the music and nursery rhymes. In October 2009, Enzo released Clap!, which was similar to the previous album, is about her childhood and has a set of covers of theme songs from films and musicals. In November, a compilation of the five albums was released by BMG.
2010s
At the beginning of 2007, she was a volunteer for 500 choir concerts of the national event Mille Chœurs pour un Regard. In February 2012, the album Têtue, which was directed by Mathias Duplessis and Angelo Zurzolo, was released by Naïve Records. Enzo presented the album on L'Européen. In 2013, she played a duet with Eliott Weingand on guitar. In May 2013, Enzo created a cabaret called Enzo Enzo chante Marie Nimier directed by Isabelle de Botton where she sings songs by the writer set to music by Art Mengo, Alain Lanty, and Daniel Lavoie, in Val-de-Reuil.[5][6][7]
She created the stage with Laurent Viel of a show that is family-themed called Each his Family at the festival d'Avignon 2018.
