Enkhiin-Od Sharavjamts was born on May 15, 2003, in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. He started playing basketball at a young age and quickly showed promise. He attended the International Sports Academy in Willoughby, Ohio, where he averaged 10.2 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 3.6 assists per game in 2021-22. He also shot 51.2% (44 of 86) from three-point range.
College career
Sharavjamts committed to play college basketball at the University of Dayton on September 29, 2021 [1]. He was the first Mongolian citizen to earn a Division I athletic scholarship [2]. In his freshman season, he averaged 5.6 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game [3]. He was named to the Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team.
