Embracing All of Me (EAoM) is an American Bi+/queer, BIPOC-centered storytelling and advocacy platform focused on identity, belonging, and representation for bisexual, pansexual, fluid, and multi-spectrum communities. Founded by multidisciplinary artist and advocate Ross Victory, the platform combines podcasts, essays, audio documentaries, advocacy initiatives, and creative projects centered on the experiences of Bi+ people of color and individuals with broader intersecting identities.[1]

The organization describes itself as a platform for “the multi, the complex, and the in-between,” with an emphasis on challenging binary understandings of sexuality, race, masculinity, and identity. Embracing All of Me has received attention for its discussions on Black bisexual narratives and representation, including recognition through the International Communicator Awards, an awards program sanctioned by The Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts.

The platform received both an Award of Excellence and an Award of Distinction in 2026 for projects focused on Black Bi+ experiences and the Binary Bashers audio documentary series

History

Embracing All of Me was launched as a storytelling initiative aimed at increasing visibility for Bi+/bisexual BIPOC, people of color, and other underrepresented communities. The platform emerged from creator Ross Victory’s broader work as an author, musician, podcaster, and advocacy focused on identity exploration, intersectionality, and representation.[2]

The project developed into a multimedia platform incorporating long-form storytelling, podcasts, audio documentaries, educational discussions, and artistic collaborations. Its content often addresses themes such as belonging, identity, mental health, race, grief, masculinity, and emotional freedom.

According to coverage published by Outrage Magazine, the platform expanded from a Los Angeles-based initiative into an internationally followed advocacy and storytelling ecosystem with audiences across multiple countries.[3]

Content and initiatives

Embracing All of Me produces podcasts, audio documentaries, interviews, essays, and creative storytelling projects centered on Bi+/queer experiences. One of its recurring projects is the Binary Bashers audio documentary series, which explores the lives and cultural impact of Black historical artists, activists, writers, and public figures whose experiences challenged rigid identity binaries.

The platform also hosts and publishes conversations involving creators, advocates, therapists, educators, and members of the LGBTQ+ community discussing identity, belonging, and becoming. Topics explored through the project have included identity, addiction recovery, abuse recovery, race and queerness, polyamory, religion, parenting, public health, creative arts, media representation, bisexual visibility, and emotional wellness.

In addition to digital media, EAoM has been connected to educational and reflective writing projects and workshops. A related publication, Embracing All of Me: Identity-focused Writing and Self Discovery for Bisexual, Pansexual, and Fluid Men, introduced what Victory described as “identity-focused writing,” a framework using storytelling and reflection for self exploration.

Recognition

In 2026, Embracing All of Me received two International Communicator Awards. The platform earned an Award of Excellence for its conversation addressing Black bisexual visibility and representation, as well as an Award of Distinction for an episode of the Binary Bashers audio documentary series about a formerly enslaved black trans woman.[4] The Communicator Awards recognized the project's contributions to creative storytelling, representation, and public dialogue.[5][6]

Coverage of the recognition appeared in Disrupt Weekly, which highlighted the project's focus on nuanced conversations surrounding identity and representation.[7]

Mission

Embracing All of Me states that its mission is to create infrastructure for individuals whose identities exist outside rigid social binaries, particularly Bi+/queer people of color.[8] The platform promotes restorative storytelling, cultural dialogue, and creative expression as tools for embodiment, self-reunion, and visibility.
