Ellie Shea (born September 6, 2005) is an American middle- and long-distance runner from Belmont, MA. Ellie is a four time medalist for Team USA from her U20 competitions in 2023. She led Team USA to its first ever team medal (bronze)[1] at the 2023 World Athletics Cross Country Championships in Bathurst, Australia, by placing as the top American and tenth overall[2]. She is the distance double champion at 1500m and 3000m[3][4] at the 2023 Pan American U20 in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. Ellie also won the silver medal at 1500m[5] at the 2023 NACAC U23 in San Jose, Costa Rica. Ellie is a two-time 2023 USATF U20 champion at 1500m and 3000m at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon.
